The Challenge
e53 Fulfillment is a high-growth 3PL provider specializing in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). I was tasked with designing a brand and digital experience that reflected their evolution from a 500-square-foot startup to a 24,000-square-foot, tech-integrated operation. The project focused on transforming complex logistics—like kitting, subscription boxes, and multi-channel integration—into a clear, scalable value proposition for e-commerce founders
The User: The Scalable E-commerce Founder
The Persona: A high-growth e-commerce CEO (Beauty, Health, or CPG) who has outgrown their "garage phase."
The Goal: To hand off kitting and shipping to a trusted partner so they can focus on marketing and product development.
The Pain Point: "Operational Burnout." They are losing hours to manual inventory counting and technical integration headaches, which is stalling their ability to scale.

Strategic Execution
The strategy moved the narrative away from "storage space" and toward "operational excellence."
The "Tech-First" Pivot: I positioned e53 not just as a 3PL, but as a technology layer that integrates with 150+ sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart).

Clear, All-In Pricing: I designed a dedicated pricing page to eliminate "hidden fee" anxiety. It provides a straightforward breakdown of costs for packaging, kitting, and shipping, allowing founders to accurately calculate their margins before they sign.

Strategic Transparency: I implemented a content strategy focused on "Visibility," showcasing the cloud-based WMS (Warehouse Management System) that eliminates inventory discrepancies.
